Property investment powered by nature
Fintech meets Greentech
Our Smart Data Center solutions convert hydro power into digital energy and redeploy it for high social impact projects
Revolutionising Data Centers
Our vision
Nordic Data Mine started with goal of revolutionizing the data center industry by establishing and operating state-of-the-art facilities powered entirely by cost-effective green and sustainable energy sources. With its abundant renewable resources such as hydro and wind power, Norway offers the ideal environment to make this vision a reality.
Our team includes professional data center experts with experience from key roles in development and operation of some of Norway’s largest and most successful data centers.
Social impact
Global ESG
We repurpose green hydro power by leveraging advanced digital energy management to create mobile, off- grid, sustainable power installations for local communities.
Energy redeployment
A percentage of the energy produced is allocated worldwide through our MP1 mobile sustainable power units, which enhance health, support education and foster independent, resilient communities
Local ESG
We recycle all waste energy capturing heat generated by our computing systems to support a subsidiary drying operation capable of processing a range of materials from wood, to seaweed, thereby creating local sustainable jobs and generating positive economic flows.

Our facilities
Orion Mine
Our Orion facility has completed the planning phase. This data center will have a capacity of 30 MW, powered entirely by 100% clean hydro energy, designed for high-efficiency, sustainable operation.
Jupiter Mine
Jupiter presents another promising site opportunity. While still under evaluation, it is expected to offer an even larger capacity than Orion, supporting our growth ambitions.
North Star Constellation
The North Star Network is a project comprising multiple strategically located data centers across Northern Norway, benefiting from stable cold climate conditions year-round to optimize cooling efficiency and operational reliability.
Norway
Low cost sustainable power using rainwater and hydro power at between 1.6-2.6 Euro cents per Kwh.
Businesses are moving their workloads to Norway for the opportunity to keep costs low.
100% renewable energy production
Norway is one of the few countries in the EU with 100% renewable energy production, which means that businesses can power their data centers on renewable energy.
Cold climate means lower cooling costs
Norway's naturally cold climate means that colocation providers have lower cooling costs, and these savings made by providers can also be passed onto businesses renting these facilities.
Lowest cost of power in Europe
Renewable energy sources that Norway has in abundance mean it has the lowest cost of power in Europe .
Saving €2.5-3m per MW of capacity annually
Businesses hosting workloads in Norway can save €2.5-3 million per MW of capacity per year, compared to co-locating in Germany, for example.
